Cookie-Einstellungen
Stand der technischen Umsetzung: 29. Oktober 2026.

Cookie settings
Technical status: 29 October 2026. The German text above is legally binding.
Marketing, only after consent
The vendor is Superfiliate. The script superfiliate-cdn.com/storefront.js and requests to app.superfiliate.com load only after Marketing consent. The purpose is attributing an affiliate link to a later order.
Identifiers: cart attributes sf-code, sf-attributed-at and sf-sourced-from-google, and Superfiliate cookies including sf-external-session-uuid, sf_microsite_session, sf-origin, superfiliate_suspect_code, sf_meta_ad_tracking, sf_meta_ad_pending and sf_cookie_domain_probe.
Lifetime: at most 30 days from the affiliate-link click. A later visit without a new affiliate link does not extend that period. A new affiliate link starts 30 days again. A valid creator code entered at purchase takes priority and can be used without this tracking.
Without Marketing consent, or after it is withdrawn, these scripts are not loaded, these identifiers are deleted, and they are not set again. Cart and login cookies remain.

Ergänzung zur Shop-Datenschutzerklärung
Affiliate-Programm Gimme HER Society
Gimme Her UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eisenblätterstraße 17, 13156 Berlin, creator@gimmeher.com, betreibt das Affiliate-Programm Gimme HER Society.
Supplement to the Shop Privacy Notice
Gimme HER Society Affiliate Programme
Gimme Her UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eisenblätterstraße 17, 13156 Berlin, creator@gimmeher.com, operates the Gimme HER Society affiliate programme. The shop is operated through Shopify International Limited, c/o Intertrust Ireland, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Referrals and sales are attributed within the shop system used by Gimme.
When a Creator code is used, the order is attributed to the relevant Creator to calculate commission and bonuses. Data processed include the code or Creator identifier, order reference and timestamp, net merchandise value eligible for commission, payment status, First Order or Repeat Order status and reversals. Gimme and Shopify process the information required for these purposes. As a rule, Creators receive pseudonymised accounting information and no customer lists. Lumanu receives the necessary Creator and remuneration data for payment, but no customer lists or individual purchase histories.
Processing necessary to apply an entered discount is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Commission accounting and investigation of specific cases of misuse are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interests are proper remuneration and prevention of manipulated attribution. These legal bases do not, by themselves, permit access to tracking information on a device without consent.
When an affiliate link is accessed, an attribution identifier capable of connecting the click to a subsequent order is stored with the corresponding consent. Link and click data, identifiers, and necessary device and connection information, in particular IP address and browser details, are processed. The attribution period and maximum lifetime of the affiliate cookie are 30 days from the relevant click. Where several affiliate links are involved, the last verifiable link generally counts; a valid code entered at purchase takes priority. The specific cookies and identifiers used and their lifetimes are listed in the shop’s cookie settings.
Storage and access requiring consent are based on section 25(1) TDDDG; subsequent tracking processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future through the shop’s cookie settings. Without consent, no affiliate tracking requiring consent takes place. Following refusal or withdrawal of consent or deletion of the cookie, subsequent link attribution may no longer be possible; the shop remains usable. An entered code may be evaluated independently of an affiliate cookie provided no other device access requiring consent occurs for that purpose.
Shopify uses binding corporate rules for intra-group transfers from the EEA and, where necessary, EU Standard Contractual Clauses for further transfers. Information and copies of the safeguards: creator@gimmeher.com; provider notice: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Additional tracking services, purposes, recipients and, where applicable, third-country safeguards are explained before consent in the cookie settings and supplementary provider information.
Raw click and attribution data are deleted or anonymised once no longer needed for attribution, its verification or accounting. Records relevant to accounting are retained beyond that point for necessary reversals, evidence of claims and statutory retention obligations; in particular, eight years generally apply to accounting records and six years to business correspondence. The 30-day cookie lifetime therefore does not limit all retention periods. Other data subject rights, contact details and general data protection information are set out in the shop privacy notice.

This notice explains the processing of personal data of Creators and their business contacts in the Gimme HER Society affiliate programme. It supplements the privacy notices of the shop and the platforms used.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Gimme Her UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Eisenblätterstraße 17, 13156 Berlin. Contact for the Creator Programme and data protection enquiries: creator@gimmeher.com. Enquiries may also be sent to Gimme by post.
2. Data processed and sources
The data processed include names, business and contact details, information on business activities, social media profiles, contract data and Programme-related communications. They also include submitted or published posts, including name, likeness and voice, approvals, objections and necessary evidence of rights. Communications through WhatsApp Business involve, in particular, the processing of telephone numbers, profile names, message content, transmitted files, and message and connection data.
Code and link attribution, order references and timestamps, First Order or Repeat Order status, net merchandise values eligible for commission, commissions, bonuses, returns and payment status are processed to calculate remuneration. As a rule, Creators receive pseudonymised accounting information and no customer lists.
Data originate from the Creator’s information and posts, Programme communications, the Shopify shop, and necessary status and accounting feedback from Lumanu and other services used. Publicly accessible social media profiles are considered only for participation and Programme posts. Private messages of uninvolved persons and health data are not routinely collected.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Participation, contract administration, allocation of codes, calculation of remuneration, preparation of payments, communications, approvals and agreed reposts serve the performance of the contract. Where the natural person concerned is themselves a contracting party, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. For contacts of a company, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies; the legitimate interest is initiating and carrying out the collaboration.
Statutory retention and record-keeping obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Investigation of specific indications of manipulation or infringements, necessary preservation of evidence and enforcement of legal rights are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are correct remuneration, lawful advertising and protection against unfounded claims. Where additional processing requires consent, it shall be obtained separately; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR then applies. Conclusion of the contract does not replace consent.
4. Recipients and processing abroad
Lumanu, Inc., 1528 Webster St, Oakland, CA 94612, USA, is used for onboarding, invoicing and payment. For these purposes, Gimme transmits necessary business contact details, Creator identifiers, accounting periods, remuneration amounts and payment information. Lumanu collects bank, tax and necessary identity information directly from the Creator. Gimme receives necessary status and accounting data; as a rule, identity and tax documents must be submitted directly to Lumanu. Lumanu acts as an independent controller for its own contractual, accounting, payment and statutory verification purposes. Customer lists and individual purchase histories are not transmitted to Lumanu for payment purposes. Notice: https://www.lumanu.com/privacy-policy; contact: privacy@lumanu.com.
Shopify International Limited, c/o Intertrust Ireland, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, provides the shop and processes the necessary shop, order, discount code and transaction data. Shop processing carried out under instructions is performed for Gimme. Shopify’s own processing is governed by its privacy notice: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. The attribution and order data required to calculate remuneration are evaluated within the shop system used by Gimme.
WhatsApp Business is used for voluntary Programme communications. The provider in the European Economic Area is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Communication by email is also possible. A subsequent switch to email is possible at any time. In addition to messages, WhatsApp processes, in particular, account, device, usage and connection data and may transfer data to other Meta companies. WhatsApp is itself the controller for its own service and security purposes. Address book contacts of uninvolved persons are not intentionally transmitted for the Programme. Notice: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
The services may process data outside the EEA, in particular Lumanu in the USA and Shopify and WhatsApp at their service providers’ locations. Gimme transfers data to Lumanu only if the EU Standard Contractual Clauses applicable to the specific processing have been validly incorporated and any necessary supplementary safeguards are in place. Information and copies of the applicable safeguards are available from the contact point in section 1.
Shopify relies on binding corporate rules for intra-group transfers from the EEA and, where required, on EU Standard Contractual Clauses for further transfers. WhatsApp relies on the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to certified recipients in the USA and on EU Standard Contractual Clauses for further transfers. Information and copies of the relevant safeguards are available through the privacy notices mentioned and the contact point in section 1.
Other recipients, where necessary, include banks and payment service providers, tax and legal advisers and legally authorised public authorities. Reposted content may be accessible to the public and the operators of the relevant platforms.
5. Retention periods
Programme data are retained for the collaboration and subsequent accounting. Further retention of evidence necessary to substantiate claims is governed by the applicable limitation periods, generally three years from the end of the year in which the requirements for commencement of the limitation period are met. Ongoing disputes may require longer retention until they are concluded.
Accounting records are generally retained for eight years and commercial and business correspondence for six years, generally from the end of the relevant calendar year. Statutory provisions apply to other documents and extensions of retention periods. Communication data no longer required are deleted; necessary contractual and accounting evidence is retained for the applicable period. Permitted reposts may remain after termination; their legal basis is reviewed regularly. Service providers’ own statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. Rights of data subjects
Subject to the statutory conditions, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out previously remains unaffected.
Processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may be objected to on grounds relating to the data subject’s particular situation. Processing will then cease unless overriding compelling legitimate grounds exist or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Processing for direct marketing may be objected to at any time without giving reasons.
Requests may be addressed to the contact point in section 1. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de. Rights concerning processing for which service providers act as independent controllers may also be exercised directly against those providers.
7. Required information and automated decisions
The necessary basic, contractual and accounting data are required for participation and payment. Proper performance is not possible without this information. Use of WhatsApp Business and separate consents are voluntary. Lumanu’s own statutory identity and tax checks are governed by its notices.
Within the Programme, Gimme does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Calculated attribution of sales and remuneration may be reviewed by a responsible person in the event of objections. Lumanu’s privacy notice applies to review procedures for which it acts as an independent controller.
